Private Yoga Sessions
Private Yoga sessions are available to meet your individual needs.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, are new to the practice of yoga or are at an advanced level, your session will be tailored to address your personal situation and goals, scheduled at your convenience.
All private sessions are 60-minutes in length.

Beginners Yoga
This 4-week program will introduce the beginning student to the practice of yoga.
We will explore basic principles of yoga, including history and philosophy, as well as, beginning pranayama (breath control), meditation, asana (physical postures) and savasana (deep relaxation).
Our asana practice will include seated and standing postures, forward bends, back bends and twists.
Participants will be instructed in proper technique and will have opportunity to ask questions in order to build an understanding of yoga and how it can significantly contribute to health and wellness.

Restorative/Gentle Yoga
This class is geared simply toward relaxing body and mind, while releasing tension and increasing flexibility.
It is a perfect complement to massage therapy, helping to prolong the effects while promoting a calm and focused mind.
Classes will include practice of physical postures, as well as, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation.
Providing an oasis from the busyness of everyday life, this is a great choice for the new yogi or anyone who just wants to slow down, relax and enjoy the wonderful benefits of a yoga practice.

Hatha Yoga 1
This class will focus on the basic elements of hatha yoga including forward bends, back bends, twists, standing postures, inversions and arm balances while building strength, flexibility and balance.
Practitioners will have opportunity to work toward more advanced postures using props and modifications as needed.
We will also incorporate beginning breathwork, meditation and relaxation.
This class is another great starting place for the new yogi.

Hatha Yoga 2
This class will provide a more in depth look at hatha yoga.
We will explore more challenging postures and breathing techniques, as we work to deepen our practice.
This class will bring fun challenges to those who have experience in the practice of yoga.

Power Vinyasa Yoga
This class will provide a challenging yoga practice focused on building strength thru flowing movements.
It will include a full-range of hatha yoga postures, as well as, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation.
This is a great choice for the yogi who likes to be challenged!

Yoga Soup
A challenging combination of all things yoga, this class will include the fundamental elements of hatha yoga, as well as, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and yoga conditioning using the Pilates method.
We will build strength, stamina and flexibility while moving in a variety of ways, incorporating such things as sun salutations/Vinyasa Flow, forward bends, back bends, twists, standing postures, inversions and arm balances.
This is another great choice for the yogi who likes to be challenged and doesn't mind getting a little sweaty.

Pilates Mat
This class will challenge the core muscles of the body, building strength, balance and flexibility.
Pilates teaches the muscles of the body to work together, providing a strong foundation for every movement the body makes.
Classes will include exercises for abs, back, legs and glutes with modifications offered for varying levels of fitness, as well as, additional stretching and deep relaxation to release tension in the body.
This class is a great choice for anyone, as the benefits are numerous, but expect to sweat.
